Our Perry Hall therapy clinic is conveniently located in the MedStar Health Medical Center in Honeygo Village. With over 50 years of combined experience, our team of physical therapists and occupational therapists specialize in a variety of orthopedic conditions, including those affecting the spine, knee, and shoulder.

Monday to Thursday:
7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Mark is a concussion specialist and also has experience in the following rehabilitation areas:

  • Starrla Donavanik, PTA

    Starrla Donavanik received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Starrla continued to earn her associate degree as a physical therapist assistant from Montgomery College. She is also a trained yoga teacher, with a background in power vinyasa and Yoga for Arthritis. Her rehabilitation specialties include:

    • Knee, Foot, and Ankle Therapy

    • Neck Pain and Lower Back Pain

  • Linda Luca, OTR/L

    Linda is a certified hand therapist (CHT) and a licensed occupational therapist. Her rehabilitation specialties include:

    • Shoulder, Hand, and Wrist Therapy

    • Splinting

    • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

  • Izabella Miranda O’Brien, PT

    Izabella O’Brien received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in Brazil. She is fluent in Portuguese and her rehabilitation specialties include:

    • Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

    • Pregnancy and Postpartum Care

  • Brian M. Powell, PT, DPT

    Brian received his Bachelor's in Biology from Villanova University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Delaware. After graduation he completed a Sports Physical Therapy Residency at University of Delaware focusing on surgical procedures as well as on-field injury management and sport-specific rehabilitation. He has worked in numerous outpatient PT settings and has taught Continuing Education courses focusing on modalities and functional strengthening. In his spare time, he enjoys playing baseball and spending time with his wife and two children.
