Located under the same roof as MedStar Health’s board-certified and board-eligible neurologists, orthopedists, and pain medicine specialists, our team approach will help you regain your independence and get back to the activities you love.

Dionne Hawkins attended Oakwood College where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology. She also completed her master’s degree in physical therapy from The State University of New York Upstate Medical University. Dionne’s rehabilitation specialties include:

Kathy Morris earned her degree in physical therapy from Ithaca College and also completed a master’s degree in healthcare management from the University of Maryland University College. Kathy has provided physical therapy services in a variety of settings, including acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and home care. She specializes in the following rehabilitation areas:

Casey Smith received his bachelor’s degree in music from the University of South Carolina. Casey also completed his master’s degree in music from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University. In addition, Casey earned his master’s degree in occupational therapy from Towson University. His rehabilitation specialties include:

Jessica Uagbor Roblin completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and Rehabilitation Science. She also pursued advanced clinical education in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). Her rehabilitation areas of interest include:
