Dr. Sandeep Jani is a dedicated cardiologist who believes that the best medical outcomes start with a strong partnership between doctor and patient. As the Medical Director of both Advanced Heart Failure and the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) program at the MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute in Baltimore, Dr. Jani brings world-class expertise to the Baltimore community.
He is double board-certified in Cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology, specializing in the management of complex heart conditions that require a high level of precision and personalized care.
Dr. Jani has extensive experience caring for patients at every stage of heart failure. He provides comprehensive management for a broad array of cardiomyopathies, including:
