As the Medical Director of both Advanced Heart Failure and the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) program at the MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute in Baltimore, Dr. Jani brings world-class expertise to the Baltimore community.
He is double board-certified in Cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology, specializing in the management of complex heart conditions that require a high level of precision and personalized care.
Dr. Jani has extensive experience caring for patients at every stage of heart failure. He provides comprehensive management for a broad array of cardiomyopathies, including:
