With over 50 years of combined experience, our team of physical therapists and occupational therapists specialize in a variety of orthopedic conditions, including those affecting the spine, knee, and shoulder.

Ryan Zimmerman, PT, DPT, Regional Director
Ryan Zimmerman attended Western Maryland College (now known as McDaniel College) and received his bachelor’s degree in biology. Ryan also completed his doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. His rehabilitation specialties include:

Starrla Donavanik, PTA, Clinic Coordinator
Starrla Donavanik received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Starrla continued to earn her associate degree as a physical therapist assistant from Montgomery College. She is also a trained yoga teacher, with a background in power vinyasa and Yoga for Arthritis. Her rehabilitation specialties include:

Jakki Te, PT
Jakki received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Our Lady of Fatima College in the Philippines. She has 20 years experience and started her career in New York and New Jersey before coming to Maryland. She has special interests in SI joint dysfunction and pain neuroscience. Her rehabilitation specialties include:

Izabella O’Brien received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in Brazil. She is fluent in Portuguese and her rehabilitation specialties include:

Cameron Preston PT, DPT
Cameron attended Lebanon Valley College, where he was part of the NCAA division III Men's lacrosse team during his time in undergraduate studies. He then went on to receive his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy in 2018. Cameron continues to be involved with athletes returning to sport after injury, including power lifters. He still remains active in a men's lacrosse league year-round. Cameron's rehabilitation specialties include:

Bryan Dye, PT, DPT
Bryan completed both his undergraduate degree in Biology and his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Widener University. He was a part of the NCAA division III Men's soccer team during his time in undergraduate studies. After completing Graduate school in 2012, he followed his passion into outpatient physical therapy. Over the years, he has worked with many types of patients and diagnoses. He enjoys seeing the variety of cases in the outpatient setting and takes a manual approach to patient care in order to help achieve the best outcomes for his patients.
Bryan is originally from Bel Air, Maryland and enjoys spending time with family/friends, reading, hiking with his dog, attending sporting events, golfing and playing soccer. Bryan's rehabilitation specialties include:
