Mounika Gangireddy, MD, is a fellowship-trained medical oncologist and hematologist at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. While experienced in treating all types of malignancies, she is a specialist in caring for patients with uterine, cervical, and ovarian cancers, as well as breast cancer and blood cancers. Her clinical interests include research into biomarker-driven therapies and immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer. 

Dr. Gangireddy is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American College of Physicians. In addition, she has been published in multiple peer-reviewed publications and has presented at numerous medical meetings. She  earned her medical degree at Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, Telangana, India followed by a residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center Pinnacle in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and a fellowship in hematology/oncology, at Lankenau Medical Center, Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. She is proficient in Telugu and Hindi as well as English.
