Philosophy of Care
“I provide treatment options that are evidence based and address the concerns of my patients. I believe that patients should be educated on their treatment options, so that they can make an informed decision about what is best for them. It’s important to me to be transparent and honest with my patients — I tell them the same information I tell my friends and family.”
Dr. Lai is a member of the following organizations:
American Association of Endocrine Surgeons
Association for Academic Surgery
Society of Asian Academic Surgeons
