As vice president of Enterprise Access and Digital Transformation at MedStar Health, Jennifer McCraw leads the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide digital solutions that improve how patients connect with care. Reporting to the chief digital transformation officer, Jennifer oversees initiatives that enhance access, streamline patient journeys, and expand digital engagement across MedStar Health’s distributed care delivery network.
She additionally serves on MedStar Health’s AI Center of Excellence to establish the strategy and guardrails for AI design, integration, and implementation across the organization. As part of the Digital Transformation portfolio, Jennifer leads the adoption of patient-facing AI capabilities to better serve the community through agentic, multi-channel communication for convenient patient navigation and a personalized care experience.
Prior to joining MedStar Health in 2017, Jennifer worked as a consultant supporting health care organizations nationally to optimize patient access and front-end workflows gaining operational efficiency, reducing cost, and promoting readiness for large scale technology implementations.
