Parking

Our valet attendants are helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during the valet car parking process in Garage 1.

Our valets maintain physical distancing when interacting with patients and each other. The use of PPE including masks and gloves, and the frequent use of hand sanitizer is included as part of their standard operations. Additionally, car seats are covered with disposable seat covers and steering wheels are covered with disposable steering wheel covers. These items are placed in the vehicle upon entry and only removed when the vehicle is returned. The covers are removed in front of the patient.

Entering the hospital campus

Patients and visitors must enter the hospital campus at Entrance 2 off Reservoir Road. After driving in Entrance 2, follow the road toward the Emergency Department and drive around the circle to access the patient and visitor parking garage.

For your convenience, we encourage valet parking. Limited self-parking is available.

Getting to the hospital from the parking garage

Once you’re inside the parking garage, take the elevator or stairs to the Hospital level (press the H button in the elevator). Proceed across the brick patio to enter the hospital via the glass doors. One of our “red coat” greeters will be available to help you find your destination.
