Our website allows you to pay online and print itemized statements
We can query your account and answer questions
We can add and bill your insurance
We can make budget plan and financial assistance arrangements arrangements
We can make name and address changes
We can set appointments for personal assistance at our business office
We will attempt to secure payment from your insurance provider in a timely fashion. If we do not receive payment from your insurance provider, the Patient Accounting department will contact them directly to check the status of your account. Unless other payment arrangements were made prior to treatment, you will be expected to pay for all charges not covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance company directly if you have questions about your coverage.
