Lourdes joined the MedStar Brandywine Outpatient Rehab team in December 2024 as an Outpatient PT PRN. She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy since 2019. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN in 2020 and her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of the Philippines in 2000. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and playing with her chihuahua. Lourdes’s rehabilitation specialties include:

Madhur Puri is Internationally trained and experienced therapist with degree of Science in Occupational Therapy from New Delhi, India. How should I prepare for my physical therapy appointment?
Eat a balanced meal 1-2 hours prior to therapy. Drink about 2.5 cups of water prior to therapy. Take any prescribed pain medications at least 1 hour prior to therapy. Dress in T-shirts, athletic tops, sweatpants, shorts, yoga pants, or athletic leggings. Wear athletic/walking shoes and avoid open toed sandals, flip-flops, and high heels. Ensure proper access to the treatment area.
