Our Hollywood clinic is conveniently located off Route 235 in the Phillip J. Bean Medical Center. Tuesday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Wednesday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Kristin M. Kirk, PT, MPT, Regional Director

    Kristin Kirk attended The College of William and Mary where she received her bachelor’s degree. She also completed her master’s degree in physical therapy from Old Dominion University. Kristin also holds a certification in vestibular rehabilitation from Emory University. She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and her rehabilitation expertise includes:

    • Foot Orthotics Evaluation and Casting

    • Knee, Foot, and Ankle Therapy

  • Crystal Martirano, PTA

    Crystal Martirano received her associate in applied science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Chesapeake Area Consortium for Higher Education at College of Southern Maryland. Crystal’s rehabilitation specialties include:

    Kristina Smith received her bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She went on to complete her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of New England. Her specialties include:
