    Cari Makiya attended Boston University where she earned a bachelor's degree in health sciences and a master's degree in physical therapy. In addition, she also earned her Master of Business Administration at George Washington University. Cari is a board-certified sports clinical specialist (SCS) and a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS). Her rehabilitation specialties include:

  • Meredith Lembesis, PT, DPT, OCS, Clinic Coordinator

    Meredith Lembesis received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Indiana University Bloomington before going on to receive her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Midwestern University. Meredith is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and certified worker capacity evaluator (CWCE). She also specializes in the following:

    Kyle Hawley attended Northern Michigan University where he received his bachelor's degree in athletic training. Kyle also completed his doctoral degree in physical therapy from Wayne State University. His rehabilitation specialties include:

    Rene Lawson attended Washington University where she received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Rene is certified as a pelvic rehabilitation practitioner (PRPC) and specializes in the following:

  • Laurie Rogers, OTR/L

    Laurie Rogers attended Temple University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. She went on to receive her master’s degree in health sciences and her doctoral degree in health sciences with a specialization in upper quarter rehabilitation from Drexel University. Laurie is a certified hand therapist (CHT) and specializes in the following:
