Visiting physical therapy at Cockeysville

Our Cockeysville clinic is conveniently located on York Rd., just north of Warren Rd. We share an entrance with MedStar Health Sports Performance. Parking is free.


Hours of Operation:

Monday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Jim received a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master's degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore. His areas of expertise include:

  • Daniel Hague PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. DN

    Daniel Hague completed his Bachelors in Kinesiology at San Diego State University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He is an APTA board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and has completed MedStar Health's Sports Physical Therapy Residency. He additionally holds certifications in Dry Needling, Emergency Response for Athletes, and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI – Level 1).
    His experience spans working with athletes at all levels, from youth to professional, including high school, collegiate, and elite-level sports. He has a strong background in treating overhead throwing athletes, post-surgical rehabilitation, and return-to-sport programming. In addition to his work with athletes, he has provided care for active individuals and those recovering from orthopedic injuries, focusing on movement analysis, injury prevention, and performance optimization.

  • Stefan Rasinski, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, CMTPT/DN, CSCS

    Stefan completed his doctor of physical therapy (DPT) at University of Maryland, Baltimore. He is also an APTA board certified sports clinical specialist (SCS) and orthopedic clinical Specialist (OCS), while also being a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). His experience has been with all athletes from pediatric to professional level, special forces in the military, and active general population.

    Stefan is a Maryland native who graduated Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. When he is not treating, you will likely find him in the weight-room or anything outdoors with his dog. His specialties include:

  • Jonathan Rouse, PT, DPT, SCS, Clinic Coordinator

    Jonathan Rouse received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Widener University in Chester, PA. Jonathan completed his doctoral degree in physical therapy from Widener University. While completing his education, he completed a 12-week clinical rotation with the Philadelphia Phillies during Spring Training 2019. Jonathan primarily works with athletes of all levels and orthopedic injuries. His rehabilitation specialties include:
