Philosophy of Care
My goal is to practice medicine in a compassionate manner, tailored to each patient's specific circumstances. My commitment is to provide the highest level of evidence-based clinical care to cerebrovascular patients including opportunities to participate in ongoing research studies. And, as a physician at a tertiary care academic center, I actively participate in the education and training we offer to medical students, residents and fellows.

Dr Stemer was very Professional, compassionate and forthcoming in advising what my next course of action should be. He reassured me on the reasons that I should strongly consider having the PFO heart procedure to alleviate this being the source of my mini strokes.
