Dr. Gaddam’s approach is based on creating personalized treatment plans that range from conservative measures, such as behavioral modifications and medication management, to minimally invasive outpatient procedures, and finally to more invasive forms of surgery. Dr. Gaddam has a particular interest in sexual health and postmenopausal genitourinary wellness, helping women maintain function, comfort, and confidence through every stage of life. Passionate about providing a safe, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed environment, she fosters trusting relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel comfortable during consultations.
Dr. Gaddam’s research interests include regenerative medicine, particularly the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to enhance tissue quality in postmenopausal women, and improving pain control for outpatient procedures. Widely published, she continues to advance care standards for women’s pelvic health.
Dr. Gaddam completed her medical training, internship, and residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas, followed by a three-year fellowship in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery at MedStar Washington Hospital Center/Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.. Philosophy of Care
“I serve women during sensitive and oftentimes vulnerable moments in their lives, including some who have resigned themselves to living with discomfort due to their conditions. I aim to educate and collaborate with my patients, offering them both surgical and non-surgical options to improve their quality of life and health. I hope every woman leaves their appointment feeling heard and supported, with a clear understanding of next steps, treatment options, and expectations.”
