Interviews
Our in-person interview dates for this year are:
Tuesday, November 12th & Tuesday, December 3rd
Applications will be reviewed beginning September 25th and virtual interview invitations will be offered on Friday, October 25th (interview offers will be extended by ALL programs participating in the match on this date). Programs have been discouraged from offering interviews before this date. On Monday, October 28th, students will contact each program to accept or decline interview offers. Tuesday, October 29th is "Flush Day,” on which students may release previously accepted interview slots in favor of any invitations offered to them off a waitlist.
Interviews are granted by invitation only. If selected for an interview you will be notified via the ERAS post office, and interviews will be scheduled via the Thalamus platform.
Each candidate will be interviewed by various members of our faculty, including Dr. Brown, Program Director, and Dr. Kowalczyk, Chair of the department. In addition, there will be an informal gathering the night before interviews, which offers time to meet & socialize with our current residents and chat about the program, D.C. life, etc..
