Our Lake Ridge office brings Prince William County access to MedStar Health’s comprehensive network of rehabilitation experts. Our highly trained physical therapists and occupational therapists offer a variety of specialized services, including manual therapy and muscular retraining. From preventing and treating sports injuries to providing pre and post-operative care, our therapists work with you to tailor a plan specific to your needs and goals.

Holly Arvidson, PT, MSPT, ATC
Holly Arvidson received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. She went on to complete her master’s degree in physical therapy from Boston University as well as obtaining her Atlhetic Training Certifcation at that time. Holly is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is a certified Graston Technique provider. Additionally, Holly served on active duty as a physical therapist in the United States Air Force. Holly’s rehabilitation specialties include:

Kazumi Keener attended Western Michigan University where she received bachelor's degree in occupational therapy. Kazumi specializes in the following rehabilitation areas:

Madison Soupiset, PT, DPT
Madison Soupiset received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology and health from Iowa State University. She went on to complete her doctoral degree in physical therapy at Des Moines University. Madison likes to focus her treatment on functional exercise. She has experience in a variety of clinical settings but has special interest in the following:

Alice Wolfkill, PT, DPT
Alice Wolfkill received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and women, gender, and sexuality studies from Gettysburg College. Alice completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Medicine. Alice’s focus is on general outpatient orthopedics and she enjoys working with athletes of all ages returning to sport. In her spare time, she enjoys long distance running, cycling, CrossFit, reading, and cuddling with her retired racing greyhound. Alice’s rehabilitation specialties include:
