Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where is the clinic located and how can I contact you?

We are located in Woodbridge, Virginia, at 12825 Minnieville Road, Suite 201, in the Lake Ridge/Woodbridge area. Please use the Request an Appointment button or call 703-647-3130 to contact us.

  • What types of patients do you treat (age range, conditions)?

We treat patients from adolescents age 12 and up, to young athletes, to adults and older individuals with orthopedic, sports-injury, neurologic or balance conditions. Our services are customizable to fit your goals and lifestyle.

  • How do you track my progress and decide when I’m ready for discharge?

At the beginning of treatment, we set measurable functional goals (for example: improved range of motion, strength benchmarks, return to sport or activity). We evaluate your progress during therapy, adjust your plan as you improve, and once you’ve met your goals and returned to your desired level of activity or function, we’ll plan for discharge and provide a home-exercise program to maintain your gains.

  • How do you coordinate care with my surgeon, physician, or other providers?

Our physical therapy team is part of a larger healthcare network (MedStar Health) and collaborates closely with orthopedic surgeons, sports-medicine physicians, neurologists, and other specialists to align your rehabilitation with your overall care plan.

  • Can I be treated here if I’m an athlete or active individual?

Absolutely — our team is experienced in sports-injury rehabilitation, return-to-sport programs, running-injury care and athletic performance enhancement. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a competitive athlete, we’ll tailor your program to your activity goals.
