Physical Therapists and Other Specialists

Laura Long received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She also completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. In addition, Laura earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Maryland, University College.

Laura is a certified athletic trainer, a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSC), and a certified clinical vestibular specialist (CCVT). She is also a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) and the Baltimore Concussion program leader for MedStar Health Physical Therapy. Her rehabilitation specialties include:

Michelle Gosnell attended Towson University where she received her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. Michelle is a certified provider of Physical Agent Modalities (PAM-C) and LSVT BIG™ treatment. Michelle’s rehabilitation specialties include:

Janice Adams received her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Towson State University. In addition, she earned her certification in upper quarter rehabilitation from Drexel University. Janice is a certified hand therapist (CHT) and specializes in the following:

Amanda Gray attended Susquehanna University where she earned her bachelor’s degree. In addition, Amanda received her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Towson University. Her rehabilitation specialties include:

In addition, she earned her master’s degree in dance/movement therapy from Adelphi University, and later went on to complete her master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Karen completed her postgraduate training in LSVT BIG™ movement technique for Parkinson’s disease and neurodevelopmental treatment for adults with hemiplegia. Her rehabilitation specialties include:

Kim is a certified lymphedema specialist (CLT) and she participates with the MedStar Health Running Group, helping to provide medical coverage for area races. Her rehabilitation specialties include:
