At our Dundalk clinic, you’ll find the convenience of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy—all in one location. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service that begins with convenient access, a comfortable environment of care, and a compassionate team of therapists who care for a wide range of injuries and illnesses. Our therapists are experts in treating orthopedic and neurological conditions, and we also offer intensive sports medicine programs, certified hand therapy, and specialized lymphedema treatment, among others.

Tuesday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Wednesday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Thursday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

  • Kyle Mellinger, PT, DPT, Clinic Director

    Kyle Mellinger attended The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, earning his bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He also completed his doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Kyle specializes in the following rehabilitation programs:

  • Stacey Davis, PTA

    Stacey received her Bachelor's in Communications from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland in 1997 and her Associates in Applied Science as Physical Therapy Assistant from Chesapeake Area Consortium for Higher Education at Anne Arundel Community College in 2006. Stacey has been a certified lymphedema therapist thru Klose training since 2016. Stacey's rehab specialties include:

    Katie received her bachelor's in kinesiology from the University of Maryland at College Park and her master's in occupational therapy from Bay Path University. She is a certified occupational therapist and is licensed by the National Board of Occupational Therapy. Katie's specialties are:

    Barbra is a certified hand therapist (CHT) and specializes in the following:

  • Karen Martinchek, PT, MPT

    Karen Martinchek earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. In addition, she earned her master’s degree in dance/movement therapy from Adelphi University, and later went on to complete her master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Karen completed her postgraduate training in LSVT BIG™ movement technique for Parkinson’s disease and neurodevelopmental treatment for adults with hemiplegia. Her rehabilitation specialties include:
