At the Center for Digestive Disease at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, our nationally recognized specialists are dedicated to providing highly specialized, extensive, and compassionate patient care for a full range of digestive diseases and associated disorders. This includes but is not limited to esophageal disorders, stomach and small bowel conditions, as well as colonic disorders and colorectal cancers.

Our multidisciplinary team of experts comprises specialty trained physicians, nurses, technicians, and providers who utilize a comprehensive range of groundbreaking surgical, nonsurgical, and minimally invasive techniques to treat diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Recommended procedures can be performed at MedStar Franklin Square or at our ambulatory surgical center and consultations are available through our satellite clinics in Towson, Bel Air, Honeygo, and Federal Hill.

To ensure area residents have access to the care they need, we also conduct extensive community outreach This includes participating in the Colon Cancer Screening program, a grant program funded by the Maryland Department of Health and the Cigarette Restitution Fund that provides no-cost colonoscopies, fecal immunochemical tests, and diagnostic and treatment services to low income, uninsured, and underinsured men and women living in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County.
