Our office brings experienced and compassionate physical therapy services close to where you live, work, and play. Sarah McCloskey received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Butler University. Sarah completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Texas Woman’s University. Gabe Luciani, PT, DPT, ATC
Gabe received his bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Franklin Pierce University. Gabe completed his doctoral degree in physical therapy and master’s degree in athletic training at Shenandoah University in 2022. Gabe is a Certified Sports Nutritionist by the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN) and a NOLS Wilderness First Responder (WFR). Gabe is interested in sports medicine, post-operative rehab, tactical athletics, and treating active individuals of all backgrounds. His rehabilitation specialties include:

Vanessa Meyer
Vanessa Meyer received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Washington in 1989. In 2010 she received her Master of Science Degree in Sport Psychology from the University of California at Pennsylvania, and in 2015 completed her Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College at Carlisle, PA. Vanessa is a board-certified hand therapist, a board-certified American College of Lifestyle Medicine practitioner, and a certified HeartMath ® practitioner. She has completed several published studies on human performance optimization and focuses patient care on being well.
Vanessa’s clinical specialties include:
- Pre/post-surgical education for optimal recovery
- Breast cancer rehabilitation
