Paul Zieger attended the University of Delaware where he received his master’s degree in physical therapy. Paul’s rehabilitation specialties include:
- Amputation Rehabilitation
- Neck Pain and Lower Back Pain
- Orthopedic Injuries and Conditions
- Stroke Recovery
- Vestibular/Balance Rehabilitation
Steve Baitch earned his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Howard University. He is certified in functional movement systems (FMS) and his rehabilitation specialties include:
- Foot Orthotics Evaluation and Casting
- Knee, Foot, and Ankle Therapy
- Running Injury Care
Suzanne Cowan received a doctoral degree in physical therapy from Drexel University and her undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in biology from Binghamton University in 1998. Suzanne completed an orthopedic residency with Evidence in Motion in 2014. She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and holds a competency-based certification in vestibular rehabilitation through Emory University. Suzanne is a member of the orthopedic section and vestibular special interest group of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Suzanne has served as a continuing education board member for the APTA of Maryland since 2006. She is passionate about education and has been involved with the Environment of Learning education committee. Her clinical interests include rehabilitation of non-operative and post-operative orthopedic conditions, post-concussive syndrome, and vestibular patients. Suzanne specializes in the following rehabilitation areas:

- Neck Pain and Lower Back Pain
- Orthopedic Injuries and Conditions
- Vestibular/Balance Rehabilitation
Jessica Guss attended Ithaca College where she received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She also completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Jessica’s rehabilitation specialties include:
- ACL Return-to-Play Testing
- Dry Needling
- Knee, Foot, and Ankle Therapy
- Orthopedic Injuries and Conditions
- Running Injury Care
Mike McMaines attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where he completed his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Mike’s rehabilitation specialties include:
